Not every project we complete is professionally photographed—but when the opportunity presents itself, we take full advantage. It’s our chance to capture the craftsmanship, the details, and the personality of a space in a way that truly tells the story.

This week, we’re preparing for a photoshoot at a recently completed whole home renovation with a garage addition in Davidson—and while the exterior still has a few final punch list items, the interior is ready for its moment.

Preparing for the Camera

Photoshoot day isn’t just about showing up with a camera.

Every space is thoughtfully styled. Surfaces are cleared, then carefully reset. Lighting is adjusted. Décor is simplified to highlight the design rather than distract from it. It’s a balance between making the home feel lived-in and presenting it in its most refined state.

A Kitchen Designed to Shine

At the heart of this home is a kitchen that was designed to be both functional and striking.

One of our favorite features—and one we’re especially excited to capture—is the wall of windows. Natural light pours into the kitchen, completely transforming the space throughout the day. It’s a reminder of how impactful thoughtful design can be.

Above, a shiplap ceiling adds texture and character, tying everything together while keeping the space bright and inviting. Floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinets round out the kitchen, offering both beauty and practical storage—something every homeowner can appreciate.

A Custom Wine Bar with Personality

Just off the main living space, the custom wine bar brings a completely different energy. Featuring LumaTaj polished quartz countertops and a client-selected tile backsplash, this area is where personality really comes through. It’s a great example of how collaboration during the design process leads to spaces that feel uniquely personal.
