Meet the Turner Design Build Team
The People You'll Be Working With
We believe that great homes are built by great people. Our team of experienced designers, project managers, and skilled craftsmen are dedicated to bringing your unique vision to life with integrity, expertise, and a passion for exceptional quality.

Shawn Turner
Owner & Licensed General Contractor
Having been in the construction industry for more than two decades, Shawn Turner, owner of Turner Design Build, has developed knowledge about all aspects of construction. Throughout his time with a national home builder and a local semi-custom home builder, as well as a national building supplies distributor, Shawn gained extensive knowledge about the construction process. Shawn strives to create relationships with the subcontractors he works with as well as the clients he has the privilege of helping, in order to develop long term partnerships. He is a hands-on guy and will always be a big part of whatever project you're dreaming of! In his spare time, Shawn enjoys being outside, watching all types of sports, and working out with his F3 brothers.

Lindsey Turner
Owner, Sales, Design Manager
As a licensed real estate agent, Lindsey brings valuable insight into home design. She has developed a love for helping her clients create interior spaces in their home that reflect their style and desire. Lindsey values the relationships that she creates with her clients as she walks through projects alongside them, helping to bring their visions to life. She is committed to homeschooling their four children part-time, and she also enjoys being outside, camping, and working out at Burn Bootcamp. Shawn and Lindsey also have a huge heart for YoungLife, which they have been a part of for over 25 years.

Kevin Cashion
Production Manager
Born and raised in the Lake Norman area, he has enjoyed seeing the small towns north of the city develop into flourishing communities. After spending the last 8+ years in the hospitality industry, it was just the right time to take the leap in this thriving market and join forces with the Turner Team. He is excited to mesh his passion for people, and creating spaces for them to love. He and his wife live in downtown Cornelius with their daughter, Emerson, and dog, Kolby. During any free time, he loves to be outdoors, preferably on the golf course! He looks forward to serving you as your dreams become a reality!

Hailey Ellis
Residential Designer
Born and raised in the growing city of Charlotte, Hailey discovered her passion for design at a young age. She pursued her academic journey at Converse University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Interior Design. With a diverse background in both commercial and residential design, Hailey enjoys creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. She is committed to each project, striving to create spaces that resonate with each client and bring their design dreams to life. For Hailey, the ultimate reward is knowing that her clients love where they live, reinforcing her belief that life is indeed better in a space you love.

Outside of her design work, Hailey cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys taking her dog on walks, shopping sprees, exploring local coffee shops, golfing, and traveling. Hailey looks forward to working with you and meeting your design needs to create your space!

Becky Pesek
Project Support
With a background in real estate and photography, Becky brings a certain enthusiasm for the remodeling and new construction industry. Having moved four times with her military husband, she has a high appreciation for the word "home". As our office manager, she works closely with the team to keep projects moving. When she's not in a carpool line, on a soccer field, or planning a national park trip with the family, you'll find her behind the scenes, notebook in hand and our client portal always open. For her, joy is watching people fall in love with their space all over again. After all, everyone deserves to love where they live.

Kieron Bell
Senior Project Manager
Kieron was born and raised in the DC area and moved to Charlotte in 2014, where he met his wife. Kieron has 3 awesome kids, all of whom are under 4 years old. He has a passion and gift for serving others, and developing strong and lasting connections. Kieron has worked in the construction industry for approximately 5 years, having started as a laborer he learned the intricacies of several trades, and developed a strong eye for detail. While working, he has simultaneously served on pastoral staff for the past decade. Free time is usually spent with his family, enjoying the outdoors, traveling and when he truly has time he enjoys watching soccer and Formula 1 on Saturday mornings!

Pam Settar
Project Manager
Pam brings more than 15 years of experience in residential design, renovation, and project management to Turner Design Build. As the former owner of Settar and Company, she managed residential projects from initial concept through completion, coordinating clients, contractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, and all of the details in between. Her background in interior design gives Pam a unique perspective in the field, allowing her to see both the construction details and the finished vision of a home. She enjoys building strong relationships with homeowners and trade partners and helping projects move forward with clear communication, organization, and thoughtful problem-solving.

Pam holds a B.A. in Communication and Sociology from Radford University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, and anything involving home and design.

Kalli Pruskowski
Design Associate
Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Kalli has always been drawn to architecture, interiors, and the process of transforming a space. She earned her bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation from the College of Charleston, where she worked alongside designers and architects to develop her approach to thoughtful design. Kalli loves interior design because it allows her to combine creativity with problem-solving while creating spaces that are personal, functional, and beautiful. She believes the best part of her job is watching clients see their visions come to life and creating spaces they are proud to call home. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her at the park with her two dogs, traveling, or trying a new dinner spot with her husband.
